4/24/2023 0 Comments Zen controller mod![]() ![]() It’s hard to justify whether having different button layouts, different switches, different triggers is BAD. ![]() If you keep it low it’s almost imperceptible on-screen, and the only clue is really that there’s an anecdotally higher rate of success than you’d expect. If you look for some other, less scrupulous YouTuber videos you’ll see examples of them aiming down sights and their sights are really unstable as if they have some kind of nervous disorder and can’t hold their mouse or controller still. The way the Destiny 2 Cronus Zen scripts work is documented in the scripts - it introduces jitter into the input when you hold ADS. So if you’re sniping the techniques are stuff like moving very slowly backwards or forwards or strafing (so you’re basically engaging the two systems above with minimal input) or drag shots or flick shots (where you’re exploiting the prediction of your input vs. Hands-free the game does nothing, it REQUIRES you’re inputting some kind of movement on either stick. Neither of them do anything if you let go of your inputs. The other is reticle friction, where hovering the reticle over someone’s head it will pull with them as they move, so you sort of get free tracking aim. This is as strong on M&K as it is on controller. That’s why you can aim at shoulders and hit eyeballs. There are two parts to Destiny’s aim assist, one is basically the “freebie” which is if the game predicts between one frame and the next based on your input that you could have had your reticle in the right place and a combatant might have moved to where the reticle is at the point you fire, and there’s a magnetism value on every gun, it gives you the shot. Literally look up any Cronus Zen videos for Dedtiny and see 90% of comments are all for it. I have a feeling this thing is under their radar. I posted this on the official reddit but Bungie doesn't like cheater posts and a moderator ninja removed it without explanation. I really wish Bungie would pull some magical strings to somehow auto ban people who use this thing but it doesn't seem possible. So it falls down to Sony/Microsoft to put out a patch that detects Cronus Users but even then, Cronus will just work around that with a patch of their own. The scary thing is that it's always sold out and is undetectable because it's not "Hacking" but rather a mod device for your controller. If you're not sure what a Cronus Zen is here's an example of what it can doīasically it's a device for console (Probably pc too not sure) that allows you to scale Aim Assist from some to insane levels, make any weapon full auto (Not that this will matter soon), Massive recoil modification and other settings to give you a massive edge in Crucible.
